Gypsy was rescued on 31st July 2015 severely emaciated, dehydrated, arthritic and battling pneumonia. This old girl had overcome so many battles but refused to give up. She was incredibly strong willed and determined to survive. She was steadily gaining condition onto her boney body and truly began to love life! Unfortunately - as with many rescues - the damage was already done.
Her bones weak and brittle from age, starvation and neglect, poor Gypsy suffered a pathological fracture that could not be prevented and was humanely euthanized on 4th December 2015. In her time at CP she touched many hearts and just loved a good scratch! She is very much missed by all the CP team and supporters.
