Beautiful Milly was rescued from the knackery yards in May 2015. Two lives were saved that day as Milly was pregnant with her baby "Promise" who was born in October 2015. Milly very quickly made some strong friendships with her herd, most especially Matilda who wouldn't leave her sight. She was the dominant mare in the paddock and all the horses had a lot of respect for her. Milly was an incredible mum to her baby. She had a very gentle, nurturing nature and was obsessed with her little treasure. After a year of raising her perfect daughter, it was time for Milly to go enjoy a life for herself. The perfect loving family came along and Milly was adopted.
Devastatingly - recently our beautiful Milly tragically died from a serious colic episode.
She died in the loving arms of her family and will be sadly missed and forever loved.
